Sales Executive / Business Development
EXPERIENCE : 1-5 Years (Minimum 1-2 Years Required)
EDUCATION : B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / ECE / Engineering / Business, or Related Field)

Job Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Technical Sales & Demonstrations
- Demonstrate, design, and present tailored solutions for.
- Smart Home Automation.
- Lighting Control Systems.
- AV Systems.
- Experience with Lutron, Control4, KNX, RTI and Elan is an added advantage .
- Knowledge of lighting protocols such as DALI / DMX
Client Consultation & Closing
- Understand client requirements and provide expert consultation.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
- Handle negotiations and close deals successfully.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders.
- Ensure repeat business and continuous project opportunities.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Support troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in LED Lighting / Home Automation / AV industry).
- Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and electrical products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self—motivated.
